DG68 Aerial Platform Fire Truck is an electric control hydraulic drive, full slewing and combined boom type giant multi-purpose vehicle.
Operational height of DG68 Aerial Platform Fire Truck is up to 68m, the rated working depth is 13.73m, rated load of platform is 400kg, max. working range is 23m, and BENS five-bridge chassis for ultra low driver's cab is adopted, weight of the vehicle is 48t. The outrigger is two-echelon telescopic type, and the boom adopts Level-2 telescopic boom (four Level-1 booms and three Level-2 booms) combination, with a total of 7 joints.
CANBUS-based variable pump constant pressure control system is adopted for the control system, with application of servo proportional control, PLC integrated control, multimedia dynamic display and various other advanced technologies, which ensures the stability of boom movement as well as good micro mobility. The vehicle has 25 safety protection devices, which forms a perfect multi-layer protection system and intelligent fault diagnosis system.
DG68 Aerial Platform Fire Truck integrates functions of high altitude fire fighting as well as people saving and property rescuing. It has wide working r, strong fire rescue ability and good maneuverability, the excellent operational performance is widely applicable to high-level, super-level fire rescue operations in the city.
1. Efficient fire fighting capacity
Rated working height is 68m, rated working depth is 13.73m, rated load of platform is 400kg, max. working radius is up to 23m, rated flow of monitor is 50L/S, stroke ≥ 70m, the elevation angle of water monitor can reach 360°, the operation time of whole vehicle ≤ 200s.
2. Intelligent traveling with high mobility
5-axle special chassis for ultra low driver's cab is adopted in this vehicle, two axles for driving and three axles for steering, where the fifth axle is air suspension and attached with steering, small turning radius, large load bearing capacity, powerful and flexible, and CAN bus control technology, ABS system, automatic transmission, intelligent cruise, intelligent maintenance and service system and other advanced functions are available.
3. Complete safety protection system
The design of DG68 Aerial Platform Fire Truck follows two principles: 1) Principle of combining redundant design and simplified design. 2) Design principle of failure insurance.
In control architecture design, firstly computer technology, combination of mechanical and electronic and other technical means are adopted to avoid overload and over-radius operation so as to eliminate the existing of danger fundamentally; secondly logic interlocking, safety control and other design means are applied to enable the vehicle have automatic misoperation prevention capability; thirdly complete acoustic, optical and electric multimedia alarm channels are set to alert the operator current status dynamically in real-time. Just based on 25 items of control devices with safety different and different ways, this vehicle has multiple protection systems and a complete highly reliable system.
