The KPD series low-voltage track power supply electric flat car is a 36V low-voltage track power supply type electric flat car, which is powered by the track sliding contact line to start the electric flat car.
Since there is no cable, it is safe and reliable in the running process, not afraid of being smashed, not afraid of being burned, not hindering cross-transportation, and it is easy to realize remote control and automation, which brings great convenience to the plant layout.

The ground step-down transformer control cabinet steps down three-phase AC 380V to three-phase 36V, feeds it to the flat car through the rail sliding contact line, and then boosts it to three-phase AC 380V through the on-board step-up transformer. It provides power to the YZ lifting and metallurgical motor for the flat car.
KPDZ not only inherits the advantages of the KPD flat car but also avoids the shortcomings of the original model such as difficult starting and short running distance. It is not easy to burn out, has a large starting torque, strong overload capacity, and can still work reliably under the condition of under-voltage.
