MM8-15 is a medium size of our series block,brick,paver,curb stone making machine,which is one of the most popular machine used in the market by overseas customer.
It can produce different kinds of product just changing the moulds to meet the requirement of the market.
The advanced electrical and hydraulic system controls the material feeding and molding of our block making machine, which makes the material feeding well-distributed and the moulding perfect.

With"Yuken" brand single proportional valve and directional relief valves, the flow and pressure of each movement could be adjusted on touch panel,machine running smoothly without impact,through the double vane pump,different actions run simultaneously,greatly improve production efficiency.
PLC Control system:
Combined with German automatic control technology and system, it adopts German Siemens PLC and Siemens touch screen control to make each action accurate and reliable, computer operation saves time and effort, easy operation with low failure rate.
Vibration system:
With Static and Dynamic vibration table,it is designed to ensure the amplitude of the vibration table, so as to ensure the high density of concrete products.Adjustable vibration frequency/speed control via VSD (Variable Speed Drive) provides optimum compaction for different product types being manufactured, reducing machine maintenance costs and increasing productivity.
