XM200KII road milling machine is for maintaining the asphalt concrete pavement and mainly applied to the excavation and refurbishment of large areas of highways, roads of cities and towns, airports, goods yards and parking lots etc.

It can remove the upheaval, oil wave, overlapping curve, track and others of the pavement; It can also excavate the pit slot and grooves of the pavement; It can be applied to the napping of cement pavement and milling faulting of surface course.

The working efficiency of this equipment is high, the construction process is simple, and it is easy to control the milling depth, and it is convenient and flexible to operate and has good maneuvering characteristics, the used materials of milling can be recycled directly and widely applied to the repair, refurbishment and maintenance of asphalt pavement.

* The XM200KII road milling machine is mainly composed of milling rotor driven by machinery and two groups of belt conveyors.

* All chassis with strong torque resistance are made of sectional materials, steel plates with high strength and can withstand deformation under the condition of various loads and terrains.

* The machine is equipped with four crawler steering system auxiliary by flick-type hydraulic power. It can make steering of four types, namely, front axle, rear axle, full crawler or crab-walk.

* The four crawler belts are installed in the pipe run of telescopic support under hydraulic operation respectively. The height can be adjusted independently, and the milling depth can be set by adjusting the two front telescopic supports, the two rear telescopic supports are used to add ground clearance of the machine during shifting from working position to non-working position, and the crawler belt is equipped with standard polyurethane antiskid belt plates.

* Brake is realized by switching off the hydrostatic transmission system, and the hydraulic disk brake and emergency brake are equipped on the rear crawler belt device. Moreover, automatic protection system is equipped to automatically brake in case of decease in hydraulic system pressure.
