The XP305SIV tire roller is a large-tonnage tire roller produced in response to market requirements. It uses pneumatic tires as a working device to compact paving materials. It is mainly suitable for compacting asphalt pavements, base layers, sub-base layers, dams and fill projects. It is an ideal compaction equipment for the construction of high-grade highways, airports, ports, embankments and industrial construction sites.
1. The machine has a single-tire load of 3.3 tons, achieving a powerful ground contact pressure of 545 kPa, increasing surface density and compaction depth.
2. It utilizes an internationally advanced dual-axle drive system, enabling superior gradeability and high travel speeds, ensuring strong overall driving capability.
3. Utilizing electro-proportional control technology, the drive system utilizes an electro-proportional pump and electro-proportional motor, a hydraulic pump + dual motor configuration. The driver controls the swashplate angle between the pump and motor by pushing a handle, achieving stepless variation in pump and motor displacement, smooth speed switching, and acceleration and deceleration control, enabling soft starts and stops.
4. Smart-Drive intelligent driving technology uses a handle to simultaneously control the hydraulic system and engine speed, matching the engine pump and motor.
