Product Description

Cement Bucket Mixer can mix all types of mortar and concrete in a 0.6m³ bucket. Auger action moves material from bottom to top and handle allows a stirring motion of the auger. Mixes 0.5m³ of dry pack mortar (deck mud,mortar, sand) in as little as 30 seconds mixing time!

1)   The concrete mixer combines the functions of the agitator and the bucket to reduce the troubles caused by the process of shoveling sand and gravel. It can save working time and improve work efficiency.
2)   It can eliminate the phenomenon of cement particle agglomeration, and can promote the dispersion of cement particle.
3)   It can Increase the times of the mixing unit that participates in the movement and the crossover frequency of the motion trail, and it can also accelerate the homogenization.
4)   It can achieve the positive and negative rotation of the auger by hydraulic system, and it can accelerate the speed of mixing concrete evenly. 5)   The adjustable picker of mixer bucket is designed with a long round hole shape. The space between the picker and the bottom or side plates can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual use.
6)   In order to prevent the concrete from splashing during the mixing process, the cover plate can be equipped with a cover plate for shielding. 7)   Only for the bottom delivery model. The drain tube at the bottom of mixer can bring accuracy and convenient discharge to designated position during material discharging.
