DG100 Aerial Platform Fire Truck is a large elevating vehicle that integrates functions of high altitude life saving, fire fighting and emergency rescue, and it is the necessary equipment in large and medium-sized cities to protect life safety of people in high-rise buildings and minimize disaster loss. To improve the high altitude fire fighting capacity, the truck is equipped with large flow medium pressure fire pump. Therefore, DG100 fire truck integrates the function s of aerial platform fire truck, high-spraying truck and foam fire truck, and is widely applied in fire fighting and rescue of high-rise buildings and large super-high-rise buildings.

The rescue capability of the vehicle is strong. The boom with Octagon cross section made from Swedish WELDOX series high-strength steel is used, and structural lightweight technology is adopted to allow for a full safety margin for boom rigidity and strength. Combined boom including two-level telescopic boom and one crank arm helps enhance the obstacle crossing capacity, and achieve the huge safety operation scope and stable and quick boom-elevating reuse capacity.

Fire fighting system has full functions, is equipped with American Darley PSP1500 water pump, Akron 3578 (monitor body)/ 5177 (monitor head) + 3626 (foam monitor head) electric control fire monitor.

The structure of vehicle control system is advanced. It uses dual bus distributed control technology, and is designed based on the dual controller, dual input signal detecting, and three visual interactive control consoles, so as to achieve the functions of superstructure /base automatic and reliable leveling, boom extension/withdrawal/automatic navigation, variable load elevating angle automatic control, automatic leveling slowdown of boom moving area, dangerous operation limiting, anti-impulsive operation, wrong action alarming, and early warning signal etc.

Hydraulic system uses dual variable pump constant pressure system and proportional valve control system, to achieve the high-precision control and real-time status display for high altitude rescue and to ensure personnel's stable sense of safety and clear sense control.
